Salma joined Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC in 2023. Salma started her career at EY MENA, working within both their Strategy and Transactions – Corporate Finance, and Assurance Service – External Audit Service Lines. Salma has advised a diverse set of clients on a wide range of transactions, including buy and sell-side financial due diligence, strategy, and external audit, from various industries including banking and financial services, retail, and hospitality, among others. Prior to joining Hikma, Salma worked as a Senior Investments & Programs Manager at Beyond Capital Jordan, primarily leading their Fund of Funds pillar, which included direct investments into VC funds and various other programs, including capacity building programs for emerging fund managers.
