Dr Pamela Kirby was Chief Executive of Quintiles Transnational Corp and has held senior executive positions in F Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and AstraZeneca plc. Dr Kirby has chaired Scynexis Inc and was Senior Independent Director of Informa plc. Dr Kirby has previously held Non-Executive Director positions with Smith & Nephew plc, Novo Nordisk A/S, Curalogic A/S and Oscient Pharmaceuticals Corp.
Dr Kirby holds a first-class Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology and a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of London.
